I prefer the top photo as it is a lot softer but it is a little out of focus so I included this photo where the detail on her face is more visible.
I have enlarged my Waterlily collection by five pieces of late. The sugar bowl; I can't find out if it ever had a matching spoon, as lots of the Carlton ware does.
The toast rack; what a civilised thing breakfast must have been to be able to sit down with a toast rack with jam at one end and butter at the other.
I'm not really sure what this little dish could have been used for. It is 5.25 inches/ 13cm across, perhaps a condiment dish of some sort?
The pin dish; there is a different size available in this design so I will have to keep a hawk eye out for it. I know this as the seller I purchased all of these dishes from was also selling the different sized pin dish. Although Mr Bee said I should buy it I just couldn't justify it at the time - I wish I had listened to Mr Bee!
The covered cheese dish; I love this dish. What a fabulous table it must have been all set out with this range of pottery.
Here is my collection displayed together. My little green lady keeps my crinoline lady company and both of them blend nicely with the waterlilies; just like it was meant to be (well I'll tell myself that anyway).
