Hyacinths

6.18am Saturday morning - I've been awake since 4.38am; dreaded insomnia strikes again.

£2.00 hyacinths from the Vazon Bay Hedge Vege/Flower stall.

Their scent is a nice way to wake up at least!

  3. I adore Hyacinths. Sure wish I could wake up to them at this time of year. It's freezing in New York and back home in Pennsylvania there's snow everywhere!!!

I do hope you get some sleep soon. I've been know to take a few glasses of wine with me when insomnia attacks!

  4. I was driving down the street a few days ago and saw a car with a round red nose and two antleirs and thought perhaps you had come to the states for a driving tour:) Hyacinths remind me of Easter and the smell is so lovely. Your grammer school does a nice job of decorating with the kids art work for the holidays. Merry Christmas to you and all the little Bs.
